I would be happy to recommend you and your company. We had our previous railing replaced, with a Craftsman System Paint Grade and Oak hand rail. We also had the Stringers covered. Bill installed our stairs during our house remodel within one day to our satisfaction. We chose the craftsman style with paint grade balusters and maple rails/post. Amazingly, we were able to do all the planning by e-mail using digital photos of our old stair case. Furthermore, Bill was very accommodating to our remodel schedule as the stairs had to be installed in between wood flooring installation and carpeting. We were pleased with Bill’s work and we would recommend PrestigeStairs to anyone.

I was very please with the stairs you installed in my house. Finding a good reliable contractor/carpenter is hard to come by. I was fortunate enough to find you for the job. My house had a very plain stairway with carpeted steps and plain iron rails. Typical of what you see in a 1970s home. I wanted a traditional wooden stairs and asked for a oak colonial system with paint grade balusters, risers and treads. In fact, the picture you have on the website of the before and after shots were exactly what I had. And you delivered. What impressed me more than the high quality craftsmanship is the professionalism. You were promptly on time and you completed the job exactly within the timeframe you said you needed to complete the job. I've been living in a remodeled war zone (my house) for 6 months dealing with contractors coming late and leaving early. Poor quality of work. Frustration that just builds up and leave a bad taste in my mouth. But through all that, every time I look at the stairs, it brings a smile to my face. Not only for how great it looks but how hassle free the whole deal was. That is priceless.

I just wanted to send
you a letter thanking you the magnificent job you did on my stair
remodel.
I was very hesitant to
hire a contractor from out of the valley, but as the local
contractors never returned my calls or never showed up for their
estimate appointments, I decided to surf the net. Your web site was
extremely informative and helpful in my decision of how I wanted my
stair remodel to be constructed. My e-mail questions and bid were
answered promptly, and Bill's attention to my design ideas was very
helpful. Cindy called me about my bid, making that personal
connection that I so needed to quell my concerns. She answered all
my questions thoughtfully and put me at ease. The fact that my
project would be completed in one day was hard to believe at first.
But the contractor arrived at the appointed time and went to work.

with a red oak oil stain and brushed on 3 coats of high gloss
polyurethane with amazing results. The stairs are so beautiful and
well constructed. Words can not express how very pleased and proud

Prestige Stairs installed new stair railings on a shoe rail for our home. We have fairly new carpet and didn't want to have to cut into it or ruin it in any way so this was the best way to get new railings up. The railings were installed in only a matter of a few hours and possibly the easiest investment we've made in our house. Every person I was in contact w/ at Prestige Stairs was professional and courteous. Every email was answered quickly and my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. As my wife and I were planning the updating and remodeling of our home, one area that desperately needed a new look was the stair railing. The existing railing and banister looked as though they belonged on the stairs outside a cheap motel. We love our new stairs!!! I was a little hesitant contracting with Prestige Stairs because I did not have any previous experience with them or knew of anyone that did. In the beginning, my only contact was over the internet. However, after doing some e-mailing and speaking with Bill on the phone, I felt at ease with the company. All my questions were answered and a date was set for installation. Bill was at my house at the appointed time, and worked until the stair were installed. They are beautiful.
