76'r Standard

Since this is a very common stair configuration from the seventy's, we've dedicated a page for this type of stairs.

We do 2-8 of these per month.

This original "before" stair configuration is 14' for the main banister going up, and 42" balcony rail upstairs.

This Stairs usually has the open risers (see between the steps) with the steps installed on the rough stringer.

This is the "after" stairs. This stringer was all covered in oak with solid oak treads, and a all oak banister.

This is a oak colonial detail with paint grade balusters (white).

This plan is common in the South Orange County area.

This stairs had previously had the risers (parts between the steps) closed off and had a closet built underneath.

  76'R + "L" Balcony

This plan has the 14' rake rail and two small balcony rails, one 3' and one 4'. (a "L" configuration upstairs)

This one is done as a all oak colonial.
