Stairs on Tread Ends w/o Skirts

                    

 

These stairs have outside tread ends, (Note: These are just ends). What you see is what is installed, and carpet is installed on the remaining exposed rough framed stair treads. We can also install solid treads that cover the whole tread if requested.
This plan has skirt boards installed on the sides. This is recommended on remodels to cover the mess after the carpeting is removed,

This is a similar stairs on tread ends without the skirt boards.
The drywall on the wall will have to be patched where the old carpeting was removed.
